Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Location: East Hampton, NY
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation: $22–$23 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team during evening hours.
This temporary role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing client service while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, scheduling, loading and confirming appointments, scanning, filing, and reporting.
Greet and interact professionally with clients, visitors, and referral sources.
Complete electronic data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist supervisory staff with statistical data collection and reporting requirements.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Support daily operation of office technology, including phones, computers, copiers/scanners, and fax machines.
Assist with insurance-related documentation, including prior authorizations for treatment.
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to set priorities, develop work schedules, monitor progress, and track data and activities.
Provide coverage support at other locations as needed.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and productive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
