Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
(Occasional Saturdays During High Volume Times*)
Location: Lindenhurst, NY

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to all divisions
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Follow-Up
  • Vendor Follow-Up
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Greet incoming customers/vendors/patrons
  • Schedule appointments
  • Filing, Copying, Scanning, etc.
  • Collect and submit payroll to GM weekly
  • Maintain cleanliness in front office space
  • Oversee boat slip rentals
  • Book reservations in Lightspeed
  • Process contracts
  • Follow-Ups
  • Maintain current "available slips" listings
  • Pursue customer leads for a slip
  • Process and oversee all paperwork requirements
  • Enter ESM digital files into MarinaGo
  • Some QuickBooks entries

Requirements
 
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft 365
  • Experience with navigating QuickBooks.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience, Knowledge and/or Interest in the Marine/Boating Industry is a huge factor for this role.

I have an extensive background in Customer Service, as well as the administrative field.

Both of which have allowed me to develop my build relationships along with communication skills to assist with Client Development. I have always believed that communication is the key to every great relationship, whether it be business or personal. I will continue to stand by that belief and apply it to my staffing process here at Lloyd with both clients and candidates!
