Accountant
Job Description
Our client, a fast-paced and rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant to maintain comprehensive financial records for high-net-worth family clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high-net-worth clients
Oversee bill pay functions
Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members
Prepare cashflow planning for high-net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required
Maintain client household payroll
Oversee junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or relevant Master’s
CPA designation preferred
4+ years of related experience
Expert in QuickBooks accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
