Job Description
$68,000 – $82,000 + $3,500 Bonus
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing team onsite in Great Neck, NY. This is a high-impact role supporting a dynamic medical group with multiple entities and partner-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for three companies
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
- Manage full-cycle AP
- Allocate shared expenses across multiple entities
- Perform detailed expense allocations down to sub-P&Ls within the medical group (including individual partner P&Ls)
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting records
- Support month-end close
- Assist in preparing internal financial statements
- Maintain and improve complex Excel allocation models
What We’re Looking For
? Hands-on payroll experience
? Full-cycle accounts payable experience
? Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, allocation modeling required)
? Multi-entity accounting experience highly preferred
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to manage complex allocation structures across sub-P&Ls
