Account Executive
Job Description
We’re partnering with a high-growth luxury mobility brand to identify a Senior Account Executive who will lead both DTC and B2B sales while building the foundation for a scalable commercial organization. This is a hands-on, builder role suited for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and works directly with high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth across direct-to-consumer and B2B sales channels
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategy and forecasting
- Build and refine the end-to-end sales playbook from lead through delivery
- Manage and close relationships with HNW and UHNW private clients
- Identify and close strategic B2B, fleet, and enterprise partnerships
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Support hiring, coaching, and scaling of the sales team over time
Job Requirements
- 5+ years related experience
- Experience in luxury or premium sectors (automotive, real estate, aviation, yachts, hospitality, etc.)
- Proven ability to build sales processes in a growth-stage environment
- Strong executive presence; comfortable owning deals end-to-end
- Relationship-driven seller with a consultative approach
- Passion for vehicles, design, and the future of mobility
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and events
