Job Description

Great opportunity to join an upper east side non-profit. Work closely with Staff Accountant and join a fabulous team. 
  • reconcile daily cash receipts against GL
  • prepare and handle bank deposits
  • maintain organized vendor files
  • prepare monthly reports
  • assist with special projects

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of AP experience. 
Non-Profit accounting experience a plus
Familiar with Great Plains and Salesforce preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
