Our client — a well-established O&P practice — is seeking an enthusiastic ABC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist to join their Philadelphia, PA office. This is an opportunity to lead clinical operations, deliver exceptional patient care, and work with a dedicated leadership team in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the clinic to ensure exemplary O&P patient care services
• Supervise, train, and develop clinic personnel to maintain excellence in professionalism and customer service
• Collaborate with leadership to implement and follow policies and procedures
• Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and managing clinical operations to meet forecasts
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and professional regulations and standards
• Maintain a thorough understanding of payor source policies and procedures
• Build and maintain referral source relationships with strong communication skills
• Foster positive morale, camaraderie, and company culture within the clinic
• Advise management on new clinic initiatives and directions
Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
• ABC Certification as a Prosthetist and/or Orthotist
• State license preferred
• Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to professional excellence and patient-centered care

Qualifications
• ABC Certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics required
• State licensure in Pennsylvania a plus
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
