Accountant
Job Description
- Participate in the month-end close process of various entities
- P&L review and analysis
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Perform monthly expense and revenue account reconciliations
- Prepares monthly general ledger entries, which include: expense accruals, amortizations, allocations, etc.
- Monthly review of financials with Administrators
- Assist in the review of cash entries, and invoice coding
- Generate ad hoc reports
- Prepare variance analysis reports, and assist with other accounting projects
Job Requirements
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- Excellent skills in Excel reporting, including formula structure and pivot tables
- Proven experience as a staff accountant
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities, and work independently
- Positive attitude and excellent inter-personal skills

I joined Lloyd in 2017 and my team specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance candidates for both Direct Hire and Contract opportunities.
