Paid Media Manager

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Work closely with the creative team to guide ad content development and perform ongoing A/B testing on messaging, visuals, and formats.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and regular performance reports.
- Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spend based on growth goals and performance trends.
- Oversee the entire paid funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitive activity to stay ahead.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a DTC or eCommerce setting.
- Demonstrated success managing six-figure monthly budgets and achieving strong campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with CRO best practices and landing page optimization.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Passion for mission-driven work, particularly in health or safety-related industries, is a plus.
