Job Description
Position Title: Assistant Demand Planner
Location: on-site, New York City

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will support the Demand Planning Manager and Planning team in various aspects of demand planning to drive profitability and operational efficiency. As an Assistant Demand Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our wholesale channel while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fashion merchandising, finance, or a related field who is looking to grow their career in planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reconciling buy plans with customer orders and participate in meetings with the Sourcing team to ensure timely order placement.
- Support the development of product category goals and seasonal buy plans aligned with wholesale financial objectives.
- Consolidate demand for the wholesale channel and collaborate with Production to meet delivery requirements.
- Maintain and update sales analysis at all levels.
- Manage data entry projections for replenishment styles and analyze quarterly projections.
- Update and maintain SKU data, including costs, value-added services, and size scales by customer for replenishment.
- Assist in inventory management through historical sales analysis.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior internship or related experience in planning and analysis is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a persuasive and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Consistent in-office presence is essential to fully appreciate the qualities of our brand partners’ products.
