Job Description
Seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide level 1/2 support. Hands-on in person and remote support to end users in NYC and Boston offices.
You must be technically inclined and detail-oriented with a solid background working in a fast-paced mid/large size organization. Solid Mac troubleshooting background is a must..
This is an entry level temp to perm position. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, improve and expand their career!
Job Requirements
- 3+ years related experience - Mac support and troubleshooting
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Mac & Windows computer maintenance and management
- Experience with Google apps and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Radius services
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
