Job Description

The HRIS Data Analyst is focused on analysis, system support, and reporting/query running with data and system maintenance and operational leadership.

Requires HR operations and regulations, as our client partner creates customized solutions 

  • Conduct HR systems analysis (ADP Workforce Now)
  • Data management, generate reports and metrics, provide analysis and interpretation of report data and collaborate with HR team members to implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary; proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner; work closely with IT and Payroll team to resolve matters
  • Generate weekly audit reports, resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data in real-time
  • Analyze, develop methods of process flow improvement and procedures and protocol; promote adoption of best practices and standard operating procedures. This includes but not limited to developing automated workflows and self-service features
  • Evaluate the current system or others for utilization, and improving business process and practices to streamline and optimize efficiency. This includes E-time, performance management and training modules

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (preferred), Business or related field
  • Minimum 3+  years of experience in HR or IT with project management and/or analyst responsibilities. 
  • Experience supporting HRIS modules - Compensation, Time & Attendance, Talent Management Systems, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Security, Integrations and/or Report Writing preferred
  • Outgoing, Project Management personality
