Customer Service Representative

This is a long term Temp to Hire opportunity for the right candidate.
• Process and track orders for customers
• Review customer orders for accuracy
• Process orders and deliver PO confirmations to customers.
• Work with other departments to resolve order issues
• Advise customers of order discrepancies and process adjustments as needed
Minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience in an office environment
EDI and/or SAP experience required
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
