They are an outstanding employer offering a very personal touch and concern for their employees. They key attribute for this role is handling a high volume of calls and you are a scheduling guru.|
The call center representative is the first line of contract with patients, and serves as a liaison between the physicians, routing calls to the appropriate channel. You are courteous, professional and empathetic.
While multi-tasking the high volume of calls, the representative accurately verifies insurance information, inputs the data into the scheduling system.
In addition, you show good judgement to create an efficient resolution for patient issues/inquiries, and escalate when necessary.
