ACCOUNT MANAGER STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
The goal of this position is to retain and expand LLoyd’s opportunity to increase profitability and increased services with specific accounts. We are seeking an individual who can manage client relationships and overall business development.You will be GIVEN A BOOK OF BUSINESS. This means we are prepared to provide you with clients with whom LLoyd has done business with and where we know there is currently further opportunity.
This position requires you have a proactive mindset and be solutions oriented. You will DEVELOP business AND you will FILL open orders by recruiting, interviewing and assigning candidate talent. Ideally, you have prior STAFFING INDUSTRY experience OR you have worked in a role where you nurtured accounts and provided business service solutions. This position an best be described as needing these traits/skills: advising, negotiating, networking, social recruiting and pipeline development. Essential traits include: hustle, grit, drive and tenacity. It is both an inside and outside position.
You will be the Face and Voice of LLoyd to the client. This includes regular in-person visits and phone calls to solidify relationships, gain insight as to the company’s workforce strategy and upcoming hiring needs.You will develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual account reviews through superior service.
As the Strategic Account Manager you will learn the cultural DNA of your client companies. You will understand the skills, personalities and functional needs to the client’s workforce. You, along with other team members will identify, recruit, interview, assess and assign the talent needed to keep the client’s workforce running at optimum performance.
