Job Description

We're hiring a committed MDS Coordinator for our Senior Living Care facility in Randolph, MA. The role involves daily coordination of the RAI and Care Planning process, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to enhancing the overall quality of resident care.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day coordination of the RAI and Care Planning process.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide high-quality nursing services.

Job Requirements

- Education: Graduate of an approved LPN/RN program. RN preferred.
- Professional Experience: MDS Coordinator experience preferred. 2yrs min.
- Certification/Licensure: Active LPN/RN license in the assigned state(s) of employment.
