- Collect insurance payments from patients
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Apply managed care terminology and reimbursement practices effectively.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical collection
- knowledge of ICD codes
- excellent customer service experience
