Job Description
- Proficient in verbal communication and adept at handling phone-based tasks.
- Timely resolution of outstanding balances, both in insurance and patient collections via phone.
- Competency in navigating insurance portals.
- Comprehensive understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and managing insurance denials.
- Experience in processing appeals and reconsiderations.

- Educational Background: High School graduate or equivalent GED qualification.
- Previous experience in medical collections is advantageous, though we're willing to train motivated candidates
