Client Representative

You’ll be developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and identifying and following through on opportunities to develop new business opportunities. You will also be managing your clients’ projects from start to finish, working with multiple in-house teams to meet project deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
  • Identify and act on any opportunities to develop further business with existing and new clients.
  • Review and send proposals.
  • Schedule meetings and demos.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, to budget and in line with agreements.
  • Open and close projects in Project Management Software.
  • Manage employee time spent on projects to ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and collect project details to give to proper department.
  • Manage project timeline and completion.
  • Ensure that billing schedules are in line.
