Job Description

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals by handling documents, data entry, and other clerical responsibilities with a specific focus on Non-Payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and file legal documents related to warrants.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a clerical role, preferably within a law firm environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes related to non-payments is preferred.
